Can I track my order?
We use DHL Express (international orders) and NZ Post (domestically) for shipping and you will receive a tracking number when your order is confirmed. Just follow the tracking number you received in your order confirmation email from us. We will also send you an email upon purchase with this information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to have orders processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving them within the normal working week, weekends are excluded. Please refer to below shipping zones for estimated delivery times.
What international countries do you currently ship to?
We aim to ship to most countries, however, there are some exceptions. If you have any concerns or queries email firstname.lastname@example.org

How much does delivery cost?
$5.00 Flat rate for orders under $50.00 (NZ Post Overnight with Track & Trace, rural areas will take longer.)
FREE Shipping for orders over $50.00 (NZ Post Overnight with Track & Trace, rural areas will take longer.)
Shipping is calculated via weight at checkout for orders under $80.00.
FREE Shipping for orders over NZD $80.00
(Estimated delivery: 7 business days, although rural delivery in Australia may take longer.)
Rest of the world
DHL Express – freight is calculated by weight, once you have confirmed your order the shipping cost will be determined.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
To change your order please email email@example.com as soon as possible. We will endeavour to help but it is dependent on whether the order has already been shipped.
Once shipped, we can’t change the order.

Missing or Damaged Goods
If your product was damaged in transit, please send a photo to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
On confirmation of the damage, we will send you a replacement product with a pre-paid courier bag included for you to return the damaged goods to us. For missing items, we recommend following your tracking number, and checking with neighbours. If this doesn’t track down your parcel then contact us and we will investigate with the shipping provider from this end.
