It depends on the product strength and type, as well as the needs of the person taking it. Most of our immune support NZ supplements provide the best results when taken once or twice a day, but they can be taken up to 4 times a day.

Probiotic supplements go a long way to supporting your immune health, but there are other things you can do. Eat well, drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep, and exercise. It also helps to add more fibre and fermented foods to your diet while avoiding cigarettes and alcohol.
As the body doesn't produce it's own probiotics, it relies on food and supplementation. You can eat fermented foods (kombucha, kimchi, sauerkraut, natural yoghurt, kefir) or take probiotic supplements.

Daily Defence Junior is a probiotic powder you can place on their tongue once or twice a day to support ear, nose, and throat health or sprinkle over cool food. Always consult the label before use.
